Did I just hear, "Check yourself"? I continue on with my walk along Peatonal Sarandi and I hear it again. Do I have my crips colors and gang apparel on today?

Oh wait, maybe people are saying, "Check-a say". Hold up, what does that mean. What is this?

They using one of the national linguistic time-fillers occuring in most all conversations - "Yo que se". It means "what do I know?". But then again it is seemingly said by some to, well, just to say.
